Brian, just wanted to say "thank you" for your transparency and your leadership during last week's town hall teleconference and today's HQ link email. I really appreciate what you are doing. Please keep the HQ links and your videos about where PCBU is headed, coming. They are inspiring and motivating and I read/view every one of them. You have a fan in the field sales force in Atlanta, GA. Thanks for all you do!!

Wow...I couldn't hear myself think over the sound of you slurping Brian's tuchus. That was an amazing amount of ass kissing in 5 sentences. Maybe you can get a job in the home office fanning Brian and feeding him grapes.
 












That email was nothing more than an effort to try
And keep everyone focused while they try and figure
Out who goes. I love the mixed messages they keep sending. First
reports come out in the news. Then leadership acknowledges
It it true, but only to the papers. Then we get an email
Stating all options are on the table. Then an email saying
The US wont be hit that hard. But tucked in the email was
A sentence stating more lay offs before diovan goes generic.
Then conf calls trying to put us at ease. Then fridays teleconference
Where it was confirmed again larger than first stated reductions
Will occur. Now todays email stating it wont be that drastic.

The only part of tranparency people want to know, is when and
How many. Face it, no matter how much they try and downplay
It, they are going to lose some productivity. No one feels safe here.

Great observations. No transparancy whatsoever. Only trying to give people false send of securities.
 






some days I feel ok. Others..folks call on the cell. "What have you heard" Or Reps from other Novartis division tell me I need to get out. Then there are the calls from family members that see the headlines and call. Of course the questions from Doctors are fun.

"you think you will be here next year?" "When does Diovan go Generic?"

Its going to be a crazy couple of months.

How can anyone have any respect for Brian, he hired PG and despite his incompetence he still stands by him. You would think Brian would start to figure out that PG is making him look bad..
