This decision looks very sound. Her contractory claims and the gap of over 3 years she based her infringement on did not give the court much room to rule in her favor. One of the few times I would agree and side with Novartis as their recent history is rather dubious....

NVS fucked her over Plain & simple . Just like they fucked over a few thousand other reps & like they will fuck over a few thousand more.

I agree that Novartis has screwed many....it is not in this case!! She over reached (or her attorney!)
