Breakaway only for some... Not for all...

As a FLM, I don't understand why all FLM's are being trained on the new Breakaway Sales Model when only a handful of regions will be launching this after the January DPMs. We were not given a definite answer as to when everyone will be up and running on Breakaway.

I thought Performance Frontier was the end all to end all. I have to get into this consultant gig as all you have to do is recycle the same old shit and put lipstick on it.

Someone somewhere has to do something to make it look like they have a job and this is one of those things they do. I remember a couple of days of "consultative selling" training. Like anyone actually gets to do one tenth of those things on a sales call. We do a great job of
getting in our own way.
