At least we didn't have another "transparency" call this week. I heard an entire district was sent a Kenexa 360 review to fill out on their manager. Wasn't due til end of October. Perhaps we won't know our positions til end of Oct?

Am I understanding the bridge comp correctly? If you are let go and didn't update the optimizer to their undefined specifications you won't get your commissions they owe you through the end of Oct? This sounds so illegal I must not have it right.

it's pretty simple. at risk or not and key users/competitive landscape. If you can't do that then you shouldn't have a job. period.
As for the timelines, Kip told some folks at ACS that managers find out Monday the 22nd.

Not in the Midwest..close to 40% in the major metro areas (northeast, Maryland/dc, Chicago, Dallas, LA) but more like 8-12% cut in the midwest

Had a buddy leave and his car got picked up this week. Person picking it up told him that they were told JNJ is getting ready to let go of 1,800 field folks so they will be extra busy picking up fleet vehicles. Said their storage area for fleet vehicles hasn't been this packed in a long time. Good luck to those who want to stick around. Hope it works out for you.
