Domestic dispute. Dolphin's wide receiver Brandon Marshall suffered knife wounds to his abdominal region and had defensive cuts on his hands. His old lady copped to being the stabber. Claims it was in self-defense. Apparently Brandon tried to cover and told the cops that he cut himself on a broken vase. But she copped out. So not only is she in trouble - he might be too for allegedly lying to the cops.
With all the perjury happening before congress by government officials and big business rascals with no punishments handed out - lying to the cops should not even be a criminal charge anymore. It should really be expected. If they charge Brandon with lying - that's total BS.
The only ones who get charged with perjury before congress anymore are athletes like Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens. Sport stars! It's a total farce. Bonds should never have been prosecuted. Man alive. What a scapegoat that guy has been! Total joke.
I hope Brandon heals before pre-season ball. It's not good for a wide receiver to get cut on his hands. Might be time to find a new wife too - or at least offload the one he has. No one really knows what behavior to expect from anyone unless you live with them for awhile. That's why I always promote co-habitation to young people for at least a year before marriage. Anything you can do to strenghen the odds that you won't get taken to the cleaners later is the best course of action.
