Branch manager

I made more in Pharma as a rep with a lot less stress

Typically a pharma rep is not managing a $20 million business with 60 plus employees. Largest stress factor for a pharma rep is whether the sandwiches are going to be delivered on time.
Patterson branch manager is actually running a business.

$90k base...... WHHHHOOOOAAAAA! And a pie in the sjy bonus too?!!!! Oh Boy! Sign me up for this. I would love to make $150k total comp with crap perks and benefits all while working 80 hours a week...

Well this is really not entirely true but the typical response from people who haven't been a pharma rep.

Take a pharma/biotech rep, HIV speciality rep, oncology rep or hospital rep. All of these positions have higher salaries with less stress and you are not a food caterer.

Also, why would someone want to do more work for the same or less pay with more headache?
