Lawsuit filed in Kansas was for harassment/ wrongful termination and while MC was being deposed came out the BR violated several company policies and misused company cc. Google BR and Solvay and will come up. Lawsuits filed fall 2013 and ongoing..

He also protected TJ after he hired his own brother in law. Made sure that TJ got a nice transfer, yet he fired manager after manager. He blamed his nonpreformance on DMs. There could have been a lot more lawsuits. Marty knew all about it. They all should be gone. You guys deserve better!

Apparentely this is why his region got an extremely low score in ethics on the employee survey. Sounds like he should have been fired vs. demoted. Probably got to keep his high RM salary as well.
