2) bonus is completely territory driven. Rural and you're hosed. Champion or two already in place and you will be an order-taker. = Looking at $70K +
3) manager... it won't matter because you will age like a science project whether you are micromanaged or have one of the few cool ones. And trust me, most aren't. Kiss your soft skin and/or hair line goodbye.
4) you will be selling the most expensive drug on planet earth. So you've got that goin' for ya.
The one positive thing to say is that Alexion employees are in demand with other companies. That is because everyone knows that Alexion employees know how to work hard and don't come to a job with an entitlement mentality.
Do the new hire BioChemists from the recent training class "know how to work hard" when it comes to actual selling? You know, the ones with PhD's that lack sales experience.
