Boston MA: Saline or new gel?

Need an expert to weigh in to help out my sister- she lives in the Boston area (Fall River) and plans to get saline implants from Dr Ronald Cluckies. He says he ONLY does saline.

Is Dr. Cluckies any good? Can you suggest someone better? Will she be happy with saline?

Why would Doctor Cluckies ONLY do saline implants?

If I was going w Mentor, I would definitely go saline. The 10 year rupture rate on their silicone would make that decision easy.

I can see Sientra reps spending a lot of time at the Mentor board. They are easy to identify by their stupid postings.
