BOSE-an idea to solve the problems with BOSE

I'm glad the company is working towards fixing BOSE related issues and is going to give us more time to scrub. The one suggestion I would make is considering a new data management company. I talked to one rep a whole ago who said they got a new system/data company that provides incredibly accurate info. Another rep I met from Lilly said he would ask this guy about doctors because he had the best list (unfortunately I don't remember what company he was with!) Whoever Shire is using isn't the best with accuracy. I know of several of local mds who treat ADHD and have been in the territory 10+ years and are nowhere to be found in my database. We really could be missing out on a lot of opportunity here. The process of adding a dr to the system takes too long also. I add a dr in and then they start tracking them (maybe) and then maybe they make it to my list 1 yr later. That's a lot of missed opportunity if you multiply that by 500+ territories.
Imagine if the info we got was more accurate. We would be more productive, seeing better targets and spend less time scrubbing and less time complaining.

What kind of mindless fools cant have already taken the endless number of dentists, vets, surgeons, optos, podiatrists, cardiologists etc out of these lists BY NOW? I mean, the field has only asked this a million times over 10 years...

Oh wait, well just do somebody elses job again and clean up the maintenance lists as sales reps since obviously someone (plural) is far too inept or busy with more important things...amazing!

Ya the OP nailed it. It's frustrating to find a new Dr, then wait a whole year for their volume to get high enough to make our call list. This has to be costing Shire a ton of revenue

"costing shire a ton of revenue"....you are an idiot

It doesn't cost Shire money but since these doctors aren't tracked, are they counted into the market share? probably not. The question is, how many high volume doctors are there out there that we don't know about for some reason.

I think it must be the same person that replies to almost every post, "you are an idiot." Maybe you are the idiot since you refuse to listen to anyone's else opinion!!

To the nice man that keeps replying "you're an idiot" to every post: I'm sorry that your life is so rotten that u need to resort to calling people names anonymously.
I hope your life gets better. Maybe u should try reading the book of John. Maybe if u find the lord u won't be so angry
