So if a cop tells a suspect to put his/her hands on top of his/her head prior to cuffing, and a 155 mm howitzer falls out from under the suspect's arms, the cop may not arrest the suspect for carrying a concealed weapon?

Too bad you didn't read the case against Jesus Diaz, former border patrol agent. And you should have read about the judge who sentenced him, one judge Alia M. Ludlum, a republican judge, appointed by, you guessed it GEORGE W BUSH.
So take your weak, distorted lies about democrats weakening the country, and place the blame where it belongs, on the shoulders of racist, bigoted conservatards. After all, Diaz IS hispanic

That would not surprise me that he was appointed by Bush. You may not have noticed but some conservatives here hate him almost as much as the EPIC FAIL in Chief we have now.
