Why is this meeting from Monday to Friday? What in the world could we possibly need to cover that requires that much time?

Til 2pm on Friday of a holiday weekend. God don't you people who plan these things have a life or at least realize other people do.

How about cut the BS. Give some home study, we are not idiots. We can learn this, roll play and certify in 2-3 days.

Down goes morale when your reps arrive home at 10 pm on Friday night to their home town exhausted and annoyed.
 












Yep, the Friday after 2 is ridiculous when that Friday is a major holiday weekend. There is no possible way the meeting needs to be that long. Morale is already at an all time low and that's not how you get employees excited to work even harder for you.

I've been saying this for years! USELESS week long meetings are exhausting and a joke! Combine these meetings into 2 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly!!! Meetings are NOT productive, they are long and drawn out.
The long general session should be first thing on the first day to get us motivated then be done with it.
Then there should be meaningful and productive (not forced time fillers).
DO AWAY WITH THE LAME ASS ROLE PLAYS! (We know that they are not required)
GIVE US SOME DAMN FREE TIME!!
Stop having meetings in Orlando!
 






they have to spend the money somewhere. They definitely arent spending it on the sales force. If the NBU finishes under 100% for Q2, there is a very good chance there will be many empty seats in general session. Remember, if you finish under 100%, you get 40% of the expected bonus payout. Now you know why you had to complete a SABA to agree to the IC plan. Crooks!!!!!!!!!!
 






It really is depressing. I keep hoping that April 1st really was a big April Fools joke and someone in corporate will fix this disaster. Our territories are extremely inefficient, I have no idea where the new goals came from, OBU calls are almost impossible to get accomplished and my bonus is going to be cut in half based on physicians that I met for the first time in the last 60 days. Now I have to go to Dallas for an entire week to learn a PI. I have always considered myself a team player, you have to take the bad with the good. But, this is ridiculous.

I know... Can't believe they start paying more $$$ to top performers the quarter they gave us 1/2 or more of someone elses territory.... just another bullet point on how unqualified and out of touch these people are running our division and this company... PS and KC are not smart individuals... I don't even think Kk is dumb enough to make this move... she would have realized at some point a lot of individuals are making $$$ and losing $$$ off of the previous rep covering those docs
