I am shocked that the OP didn't know how to check his/her spelling before they posted. I mean with a company like Strativa there is so much communication via VM, email, texting your boss, home office to field sales, etc we should all be pretty strong in the communication department. Shame on you OP for not spell checking.

Spell check is not the issue because "moral" is a word. It's simply the context by which OP used it. For example "the moral of the story is" vs "Morale is at an all time high". Simple grade school stuff.
