Yes. I agree. MDL is completely mis-managed. No company should be partnered up with them. I have seen more resumes with MDL on it than any other company. Very few companies can boast of a higher turn-over. MDL has a negative inverse relationship. Attrition is very high and retention is very low. Typical "pump-n-dump" lab. I've talked to and interviewed with quite a few MDL sales reps. Everyone says the problems and negative environment was created and maintained by 1 manager who is in the SE. Sounds like she needs a therapists' couch. Extremely immature and unprofessional adult. If you speak to an OBGYN office ask why they don't use the Oneswab anymore. Why is the owner not cognitive of the goings on of his own company???

I agree with your comment that MDL is a losing company and their reps leave a lot to be desired.

However, I do NOT believe you are a recruiter. Your comment "it's a losing company that I have not and will not direct anyone candidates to" is what gives you away. Recruiters don't direct candidate to a company unless they are working for that company to fill a position. And if you are a recruiter getting paid by MDL to find candidates, you will direct them that way.
