Bonuses-Really!

New hire and glad to be employed again. However, what Is the real probability of hitting bonus here and typically how much per quarter?

Every contract is different so I can only talk about my experience. I found I was happier if I put my expectations upon myself to do a good job but didn't have alot of expectations on getting bonus or not. With the Pfizer contract one quarter, I was well over quota with Lipitor, but since I was under for Chantix, I got zero bonus. That quarter you had to be 100% to goal to get both. The other quarters, I earned $3,000 - $4,000.

Good luck.

Many thanks for the response. Over the years I've never planned my financials around bonuses. I just want to save every penny these are uncertain times.

Funny that you just asked this question when I just looked at my bonus so far for this quarter. Honestly they have never been great, but this one is actually insulting and a complete waste of time...where do they come up with these numbers anyway? Take the job and keep looking, prefereably out of pharm let here is no money to be made here.
