How effective are 3 day ride alongs? Is your business flourishing because of them? If not, use your mid year NSD chat to provide a better solution.

The 3 day ride alongs is just one of the ways they micromanage. The new one they added is the NSD chat. No, business is not going to flourish because of them; it will be the opposite effect. Wanna know how business can flourish? Fund the Foundations instead of paying hefty salaries to the useless FarmHaus, KAMs and NAD.

RR needs the business plans so he can rewrite his. Word on the street is that he has been applying for manager positions with other companies. Sadly, no company will interview him as his name is mud in the industry. People talk, people listen. Sorry Ray, your future is in the hands of OPKO.

While I agree with you in principle, funding of foundations only means that we offer funds to an entire treatment category. If we are currently x% of the category in market share, our funds go to our competition. Currently for us, it is a losing financial decision.
Your point on internal spend is great. There is fat to be trimmed.
