Bonus???







If you don’t get a bonus they will start a GoFund for you. That’s what they did in the Western Region for Vivitrol. If I don’t get a bonus this quarter I am expecting at least a $500 gift card.
 






I think that is very cool. I heard there were a number of districts that got together and all that received bonuses pitched in a couple hundred dollars to make sure those who were at zero bonus for the quarter were able to receive at least $750 in american express debit card. That's really cool. I wish I would have thought of that for our district. We had 2 people that got 0 bonus. They're going to have a lot of people quit if they keep this up. It really says a lot about a number of the districts that did this. Such close knit teams and great culture at the lower levels.

Were there any changes to the KAM incentive comp plan for Q3 and Q4? The VIV TBMs work hard and it is disheartening to see that some did not receive a bonus. Some missed it by a couple vials...in an uncontrollable Covid environment. $0. It’s understandable that we are trying to cut costs and optimize revenue, but surprised they thought this tactic was a good idea. Hoping 2021 will be better since the brand’s performance is “crucial” to the success of the company.
 






Indefensible to stick with an incentive comp plan created with the thinking was that the pandemic was ending when it turns out it was getting worse and affecting business more.

As a result, even more Viv TBM’s and probably some DBL’s won’t get a bonus in Q4. All the while, as pointed out above, KAM’s and HBM’s got a bonus for sitting at home on their ass.

It’s absurd. At least the HBMs are gone. KAMs are ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Shift PC into another role and can the rest.
