How long do you have to be here to get your bonus. Meaning if i quit on January 2nd am i still eligible for Q3 bonus? Or do i have to stay employed until March to get my bonus?

if you leave, then you won’t get anything. March? Please, you need to be here by mid Summer 2020 to see a bonus.

If you leave anytime before the bonus payments are handed out, you get nothing.

I left last January right after the first of the year. Sun still paid me my Q3 bonus.

I read it last night. It mentions terminations not resignations. It says if you are in Q1 and get terminated june 30th you get nothing. But if you get terminated on July 1st ( 1st day of new quarter) you get 100%. It does not mention resignations. This new job I am interviewing for starts in March. I just want to know so I can burn my days and still be IC eligible if I get the job.

Don’t give notice until March 31st. Double dip. I know of 6 TMs that are double dipping until Jan1. Taking vacation during the launch meetings and back when the RSM is out for vacation over holidays. Sun owed us the money as penalty for the lies. Screw them.

Yes!! As long as you worked an ENTIRE quarter, you will get paid for that Quarter.
