The company just paid out a $1.1M retention bonus to the new CEO, $400,000 retention bonus to CFO, and $613,000 to chief legal counsel. Thoughts?
This bonus is a huge blow to other employees. Just earlier this year we were told merits could not be provided because they financially were not in a position to do so. Instead they paid us in false hope that we will be rewarded once the stock pops.
Long term employee options are so far under water that the company could triple in market cap and they still wouldn’t break even.
