Bonus







They should give back the bonus and share it with the other INSYS employees, based on longevity to the company. Anyone that did not bail or get laid off and is still a part of the company after everything that has happened thus far deserves not only a massive bonus, but a massive promotion.
 












This bonus is a huge blow to other employees. Just earlier this year we were told merits could not be provided because they financially were not in a position to do so. Instead they paid us in false hope that we will be rewarded once the stock pops.

Long term employee options are so far under water that the company could triple in market cap and they still wouldn’t break even.

That’s why I double dip on Insys dime and time. My manager is a total dumbass and I’ll never get caught.
