Where is the Q3 bonus? Usually paid out the last week of second month of next quarter. Why is this now a mystery game? I am sure a multi billion dollar company doesn't have the cash to pay out the bonus, or what? They care more about making the extra 14 days on interest on your money more than they care about you.

Want to improve morale? Well your sales people are your biggest assets right? How about you be upfront about when payout is, why is it always some big secret?

Agreed!
 












Shire has shown time and again that IC is not a priority. Payouts shrinking and no accountability with data or timelines. So sad that a company of this size can't figure it out.
