So I know they're not paying bonus to reps that have been fired. Are they not paying bonus to reps who quit after working full quarter? Hoping to be out by October 1st.

So happy for you! Unfortunately, they will not give your due bonus and that is a fact. Remember that document you signed? Two things are going to happen: 1. They wont pay you your bonus. 2. As soon as you leave, you are looked as a traitor and they trash your name.

So true. When you quit, your name is trashed. I have personally heard things once the rep leaves. And no, you won't receive your earned bonus. Guaranteed.

Well, add Cadence not paying earned bonus to the long list of "firsts" that I've experienced in 20 years in pharma. Anyone got the balls to ask HR during POA meetings about it?
 
























the info is in the document we all signed. i believe it says you get bonus if you worked until the end of the quarter( u still have to wait until bonues are sent out the std 2 mths after the qtr ends. Time worked into the following qtr would not entitle you to the bonus for that qtr you left during. work to oct 1 and u would get q3 bonus

Well, that's much better anyway. It still doesn't excuse them from firing people and then only giving them a 2 week paycheck. I know they may have been underperforming territories, but come on. At the very least, give them a few months of pay so they have a chance at finding something. It's an ugly business.

It also said they can change at anytime. No guarantees. No future.

Only thing Randy is that many of us were truly lied to and the positions and benefits were highly exaggerated. You sold us a bag of rotten goods. Rotten goods don't support families in the end. Thanks For helping us make The worst decision of our careers.

Look, Randy, I've had jobs with start ups before, but I've never had to sign a document like Cadence produced. Why weren't we given that document at the beginning? Because no one would have taken the job, you SOB!

I left the company a few months ago. I completed a full quarter and received my bonus. I didn't get paid for the few weeks I worked in the new quarter but I didn't care it was only 3 weeks. I didn't have to wait till the checks got cut just worked till the end of the quarter. Also to cover myself I did negotiate with the new company a sign on.....so in the end I got both and am HAPPY.
