Nobodies getting paid. Our parent co is not paying the royalties or milestones that are due to the Azstarys owner either. Seems like a great big smokescreen by our parent co to delay a pin-pull or bankruptcy here, or to try and block Zevra being bought out by anyone else but them. Very slippery characters. Interesting that one of the key planks of the Commave lawsuit is that Zevra raised loans from some other outfit instead of them for its working capital requirements, and that somehow Zevra should’ve been obligated to seek loans from Commave despite the Az agreement being nothing to do with financing. Hell, they can’t even get Corium paying staff and suppliers on time, let alone lending money to another company that doesn’t even deal much anymore in CNS drugs.

I got laid off as part of the November RIF. The above is wild to hear about. I figured the pharma bros would have turned it around by now because they are just awesome (sarcasm). Good luck to whomever is still around. I hope you all are able to get out before the ship is finally under water (it is now so get out soon!)
