not sure of being paid, but if the discrepancy in bonus between teams for amount of effort vs expectations is not sustainable.
the growth expected in DCS in order to sustain company is far greater than OCS....yet bonus does not align.

Wrong? What rock are you living under? DCS have been selling the molecule for 5 years. OCS doesn't have to sell anything. All they do is tell the office what employers are paying for it and drop samples. NNI can email the payer information and still have the same results. DCS have been dealing with supply and sample issues for over a year and try to keep some level of trust with the providers. DCS volume goals are outrageous vs the amount of IC payout.
