I’m hearing huge bonus pay outs. , 20s -40s. Is this common? What’s the flip side if u r not in the top? Is the culture perform or get fired? Also, what are the healthcare benefits, and carrier? Is Neurocrine really different? R u going To Metrics bullshit w new management? What r east coast managers like? I need to know if this job is for me. No one yell at me. I’m Just trying to get the 411 and I didn’t mention the bleeping car stipend! Okay
