Bonus plan for ALO

Couldn't be any further from the truth.

I think the poster was alluding to the fact that people will make about the same amount on ALO launch bonus as they did on the EDARBI launch bonus. The design may be different, but the actual bonus payouts will be very close to the EDARBI launch pay outs.

May be hard to get scripts, but I credit the company with putting the carrot out there. $2800 for 10 Rx's over 3 months is a nice carrot

It will be nice when you find out one of the reasons we have layoffs, is because we blew money away on bonus checks for a product that couldn't cash them. I remember my 20k quarterly Rozerem checks. I'll take realistic goals and job security over frivolous bonus money any day.

Oh I forgot to add how much this makes you sound like a winner

I also remember those nice Rozerem checks. They were great,of course that's when Takeda WAS great. Now Takeda is a house of cards getting ready to tumble.

actually some people get more than $280 a script and if a person who is getting $280 a script gets has to just 30 scripts between now and the end of September. Less than one script per handed out sample of a $4 copay drug and they will make over $8500 in bonus for the "nessina Family" plus the bonus for whatever else they are selling. A rep would really have to suck not to make $11000 bonus in the launch quarter on this drug. Glad to launch it.

Get real! This is a short term VERY desparate ploy by management to get some rx's from this me-too product.Think this will last long, think again.Again,Takeda hasn't had a successful launch in its history, and this "crash and burn"retread will prove to be no different.Dream on!

That's some LMFAO funny shit here. Come back on this thread at the end of the quarter and post what you actually made in ALO family bonus for the launch quarter. Here's my prediction: $850!!

Let's see who is correct in a few months.

Have you learned nothing from working at this company for the last 5 years!? Alo is going to go the way of EDARBI. Just ask your doc's and the people in managed markets. No doc's or health plans want or will use this product. PERIOD!
