no. Your data is through year end. If you leave prior to jan1 you will not receive bonus. It is not the same as your last working day. Sorry.

According to the IC training we just had your bonus-for field reps at least-is now pro-rated if you leave early

It’s pro-rated now. You can leave anytime during a quarter and you’ll get paid for the percentage you worked that qtr. it’s in the sales policy handguide. I found it in Saba training.
