This one’s pretty simple, there are probably still two payroll departments or they exist on different line items.

- bonus payouts
-expense report guidelines
-all health benefits
- all TOT benefits
- lack of ESPP
-different 401k
-software systems still differing
-advanced analytics and all the focus on Trintellix and its little share for that

But we must stay positive and to trust the process, these things take time! It will all work out.

1) trust the process
2) trust the data
