they’re prepping to lay us off. Pay as little as possible so people will leave then lay us off. They don’t need 3-4 reps selling this drug. And our CEO doesn’t give 2 shits about sales reps. Right now we’re all disposable. I recommend we all get our resumes together and get ready for a reorg

I’ve worked for other companies & I can say with certainty that Lilly does not care about its sales force.
Not a sales oriented company.
Hell, I’ve never seen a company that rewards someone that finishes in the top 40% as a top performer lmaoooo.
Other companies make you finish in the top 5% and top 7% max or there’s no debate & you don’t win anything
