Bonus and Vacation Package

Hi,

I got contacted by a recruited who told me your bonus structure is 80-90K on top of the 80-90K in salary. How attainable is this bonus? I have a good job right now and would hate to leave for a bonus that is not attainable.

Also, what does your vacation package look like?

should be common sense. If you are talking to a recruiter, ask him/her. Thee are variables, and this IS an anonymous board. Connect the dots.

I did ask the recruiter. I just want to ask the current employees how realistic these numbers are.

Target bonus is 40K. Some make more some make less.

Two weeks for a Rep, three weeks for Manager and Four weeks for Directors on average. Bonus for Rep $36k to $45k with most getting around $10k per qtr. Good luck.

Average is $10k/quarter. Best company I ever worked for, hands down. Ignore all the BS on here and complainers...they're the ones on the verge of termination and on PIP!
