Bonus and Salary??? Promotion?

What is the salary and bonus? I heard this company has some really sharp reps! Can territory managers move up to surgical reps? Sound like an interesting company B & L...

assuming this email isn't a joke, it's a total noob to ophthalmics that talked to a recruiter that is trying to fill an rx position.

The only sharp B&L reps are EX B&L reps. You can't even call them B&L reps anymore. They're all fill in scabs from dozens of different companies. What are there, 2 original B&L reps out of 100? so much turnover the sales team is a joke.
 


















a year or two ago they were hiring people between 75 to 110k. people they knew from other jobs they gave inflated bases to. Then they called them Sr. reps to justify, then they created a bogus career ladder for tenured reps that were being paid less to have a way to earn Sr title, which most couldn't. Or a career map that looked like a shoots and ladders venn diagram. I think all those things went away or are just not utilized since in reality it is all whether or not you're in the kiss butt circles from previous jobs. B&L is a loser organization.

Oh no there is still that stupid diagram, still waiting on my senior rep title and I've won platinum. Figure that out. It's something stupid and completely unattainable that they will make up excuses as to why you don't qualify. The bases should be higher by at least 5-10k especially for people with experience.

Career pathways is a joke only the golden children get promoted there are still many platinum winners that haven't received the title....and yes base salaries should be higher.
