Bonus and company multiplier

Abysmal this year… forever gone are the days of 150% multiplier because there will NEVER be another Humira folks. This is just the first palpable sign of what’s to come…Layoffs and more budget cuts, do more and more with less and less!

Correct, even top sales performance doesn’t pay out what it did in the past. I agree also as I could see the company cutting back in some departments in the next few years. Rinvoq is not going to make up the big $$$.

The stock is flat and will be for a few years.

That means bonuses and multipliers will be tepid.

If that timeline doesn’t work for you now is the time to leave.
