NEW YORK (Reuters) - The chief executive of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Craig Thompson, resigned from the boards of drugmaker Merck & Co Inc (MRK.N) and lab services firm Charles River Laboratories International Inc (CRL.N) on Tuesday, following media investigations about the U.S. center’s ties to the pharmaceutical industry.

Most bod members are all buddies getting paid to do nothing but jet here and there and spend more of the company funds. They’re all on the take. Read the annual report someday and you’ll puke at their compensation.
I always vote the opposite from what they recommend, especially when it pertains to their pay, independent auditing, etc.

No one cares. They only make 300k plus stock options. Rodger makes around 7 million. That's a great deal for all the knowledge they bring to the table.
