Did y'all see these SEC 4 forms? Handed out close to $30M worth of shares to members of the Exec Com. And the Big Winner?? Luddy with almost $10M (95K shares). Woo Hoo!!

They deserve every bit. Just look at all they have done, with most being there only 6 mos of the year: The significant change in 2017 revenue compared to where guidance said it would go. The monster 2018 guidance compared to street expectations. All of the new assets they have already brought in for the pipeline. Finding new economical office space in Boston. Helping CT and New Haven out with some cash payback. And I hear morale is awesome and attrition is falling off a cliff!!!

This is astounding. The board should be replaced for giving out so much value up front without anything fully accomplished.

This will never happen. Very few people votes their shares and those that do give the board carte blanche. It’s the same at every company.
