Several years of Hawaii trips and preceded by Bahamas and Rome? Now it’s South
Florida?
I know it seems ungrateful and first world problems but COE is supposed to be special. We can all afford to go to vacation to Florida. Guessing it’s the Danes and the “CO2” concern but guessing their personal vacations involve international travel and Premier destinations. Do better Novo. I think I would elect to take the cash payout and take my own trip.

All about liberal score card at the country club, remember as a field rep, you are a number, you don’t matter and there are 100 qualified candidates that will do your job better than you. So, stfu.
Oh and BTW we as HO think of great ideas like FL COE to save the environment but we will fly the

whole company to Florida, including international for FUN. Oh and if you think the new RYBELSUS escape room for 45-60 minutes webcast is a bad idea, well you are wrong on that as well.

oh and this on samples, we can DTP but won’t let you reps do it, think about productivity loss in managing samples. Well I guess we have to keep sampling to save that dept as well in HO.

Maybe I am an outlier here, but I would much rather go to Boca. Easier travel, some incredible 5-star resorts. if you have never been, this ain't no Ft. Lauderdale, people!

Agree. ANY trip is not really a trip--it is work. Surrounded by work people. Gimme cash all day long. AND I better not have to fly to a yearly trip for POA. NOPE NO WAY. I want to be on zoom call. Way of the world
 




It's not that we aren't grateful for the trip. The problem is that we sit through many town hall calls listening to Doug and LT boast about record growth, record sales, it's never been a better time to be at NNI. The destination (Boco) doesn't match up with all boasting. Novo has achieved record success, yet as a reward for the hard work, we're going to Florida. The two don't equal in my book. Besides, those airplanes are still going to be flying to Hawaii or Rome or wherever, regardless if Novo people are on them or not.

Completely agree. Boca is not motivating at all. Italy or even Denmark is much more motivating. I bet everyone takes the cash payout and doesn’t go on the trip.
 




Completely agree not motivating for the sales force … no one is going to push harder to go to Florida!! Guarantee most people take the cash payout and maybe that is what the company is hoping for.

Ever since novo has boasted about blockbuster sales, record years - the sales force has been shit on dealing with supply issues, angry customers, no Christmas gifts and now they are watering down COE… they already celebrate COE way worse than most pharma company that really make it a huge celebrating for winning such a prestigious award..

Hopefully Vince’s replacement makes some much needed changes and really is the Sales people Champ rather just lip service and self proclamation of being one.
