YOU, the employees, have to take action to dump this idiotic ELT and put real leaders in place.

These guys will just keep cashing in paychecks and getting $10 million bonuses every year. You expect them to show accountability? Ha.

Only you can effect real change. The problem is 99% of BMS employees are cowards and cubicle clowns who won't do anything.
