board is quiet

we already lost many good people and no one from the top! We need to reorganize from the top down.
Look, no doubt about it—they'll cut as many middle and lower-level folks as they can to protect their bottom line. The higher-ups will continue to profit while others bear the cost. Q1 2025 is likely to disappoint due to the new LCD, and layoffs will probably happen before then......

possible if chief chairman lies to wallst….. all product sales r sustainable through q1 2025... invest…….

Thought LCD was a positive based on earnings and stock price. Revenue steady, maybe some restructuring but layoffs is a stretch.

It’s not positive.

From a business perspective you just lost your cash cow that is PPAM. It’s cheap to make and has the best margins.

I’m curious if Apligraf and Affinity are even profitable, and NuShield has the lowest margins of any amniotic on the market.

The NuShield debacle is why Epifix has such a higher market cap… they actually make margins on their products.

I used to work in the finance department and the gross margin for affinity and apligraft is 93% and 53%. What's crazy is the amount of money they spent renovating 275 Dan Rd. In 2023, they spent close to 25m starting the project then had to pay another 5m to stop. The leadership team makes decision based on daily sales and continue to pay 3m a year in rent at 150 Dan Rd and a few more millions and renovation. Another fuck up is the implementation of D365, tooked over 5 years and 30m due to the constant start and stop. Whats a shame because they people were truly great to work with but terrible leadership.

D365 cost 5m? Its a shitty software

From last years earning call. Net revenue from Advanced Wound Care products of $108.8 million. Net revenue from Puraply sales ~57 million. They losing their best selling product. Unless there is a miracle about to happen they need to reduce operational costs...

I would expect layoffs in December so they eat the severance and have a chance to hit Q1'25 with the revenue challenges. I can't comment on the D365 software but 30m implementation fees is crazy. In context, in 2023 they spent 45m to renovate 275 DR and implement D365. Then both were delayed so more money out the door to contractors and consultants. They also had layoffs in Feb and Oct of 2023. Can anyone confirm if there were layoffs in 2024?

They had some restructuring in the marketing team and few other groups. Didnt they just announce a new facility for dermagraft. Whats that about? Orgo is never prepared. They knew that they would lose PP sales for a while. Instead of working on getting new innovative products. They double down on Cygnus. They are running out of need tricks.
