BMS Dismantling DEI Team

The election is not even over and the ELT is already pivoting and eliminating the massively bloated DEI team (called ESG to help hide its real purpose). The leader saw it coming and made a quick exit and the whole team is planned for elimination in the next wave. The WARN is already posted. Government Relations moved under Marty to help marginalize the disastrous DEI leader over that team. All other DEI hires better be worried.

Boner caves to whichever bloody way the political wind blows. No surprise there. Spineless as can be. The ELT will now be purged of diversity hires and no more diversity messaging externally. Its probably been deleted from the website.
 




















My guess is that St. Donald of Mar-a-Lago, il Duce, will push to make Social Security payments not subject to federal taxation while simultaneously slashing those payments so that people like me wind up with less than we had before so as to accelerate the spending of retirement funds invested in the stock market. This "Big Sell-off/Spend-down" will, in-turn, allow his billionaire supporters to further tighten their grips on corporate America by snapping up stocks sold by cash-squeezed retirees at fire sale prices.
 




Cry and complain all you want, literally no one cares. I am a NJ resident and BMS employee who just voted for a republican for the first time in my life. It was not an endorsement of Trump but a rejection of the aggressive liberal polices of the democrats that have been forced down our throats day after day at BMS by senior leaders, discriminatory HR leaders and a host of newly minted 30 year old incompetent VPs. I hope we can find a way to get BMS in the new regime’s site because this place is deeply sick.

A strong economy is being handed over to the new team. The issue is the high interest rates. Many Presidents had very weak economic situations handed over to them.

Because Indians were kind and welcoming truly believing that they came for trade like thousands before them rather than looting, killing and controlling which they did. They came with guns and Indians lived without them. Not everyone in India can write fluent Hindi although most can speak it due to the national language enforcement in recent times. Every state in that country has its own language.
 




Despite the hardships, the English coming to India was the best thing to ever happen. It broke the caste system and now everyone has a chance. Had we not suffered through it, I probably wouldn't be in America today. The worst thing that ever happened to us was and remains Islam. At least the bastardized version we find today.
