Touchpoint contract is added to sell Onglyza/Kombiglyze...inVentiv contract is expanded to cover open base territories and some overlay territories selling Bydureon/Onglyza/ Kombiglyze (inter-mixed with direct hire reps).
The Touchpoint team will be a separate sleeve, whereas the inventive team is integrated into the current sleeve they are selling in with the BMS (old Amylin) reps. All managed by various BMS managers on a day to day basis - contract manager for logistical stuff (expense reporting/etc.).
Not a bad gig, but BMS is big Pharma at its finest - a ton of computer work, compliance stuff.
AND THE VENTIV REPS WILL GET CARS AND YOU'LL GET NOTHING

Hey,ignorant a##hole, driving your own car makes you alot of money as the IRS allows .55 per mile,so after you multiply lets say 40,000 miles a year, minus the car allowance, and gas allowance, you still get a sizeable business tax write-off.Do the math, and then tell me that a company car is better.I paid off in the first year, most of my new car! Please know what you are talking about before you show your ignorance!
Just started with Publicis with the $0.19 per mile allowance. Are you saying that we can write off as a tax deduction $0.46 per mile? Is that how it works? Thanks
How long is the contract on the Touchpoint side? So is the Inventiv side better???
I am not the OP but read this and thought to myself what a terrible person especially after writing after a national disaster in OKC. Just an fyi many people now have car allowances and I drive a very nice car and have past 6 years. It is a nice perk to gain an allowance and drive a car of preference instead of a focus, fusion, etc. Everyone has a different goal and desire and I am thankful for extra money for a car and gas reimbursement. I don't work for Publicis either but hope everyone gets what they want and need in a challenging industry.I BET YOUR ONE OF THE ASSH@LES WHO IS SO IMPRESSED WITH THEMSELVES THEY DRIVE A BMW OR MERCEDES TO IMPRESS ALL THE OFFICES, BUT WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW IS EVERYBODY IS LAUGHING AT YOU BEHIND YOUR BACK.
AND AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT ALL YOU'LL HAVE IS A BEAT UP PIECE OF SHIT CAR.
GOOD JOB
