BMS Contracting IS WORST IN THE INDUSTRY

Have been working for BMS as a vendor since October. They are holding me to deadlines and delivery schedules while holding back a contract and payment for FIVE MONTHS! Get the contract today, and they are trying to withhold more than 50% of my fees covering a year's work until more than 90 days after the project is done and all the work has been. Horrible, horrible company. Buh, bye...don't need your work that bad.

Sad part is they won't care if you leave. We believe you should be happy to have work. That's how we are treated and told as reps. Be happy you have a job is repeated by leadership weekly. Culture sucks and people only hang around this place if they many vested years. People with talent don't come here or they leave early.

Maybe you didn't think this deal thru, supplying goods before the contract was in place? Are you new to this game?

What division are you in? Held accountable, really? Here at BMS! You are a total loser. This company screws everyone they can whenever they can and spits you out like a hair in the mouth. Been here nearly 20 years and in the past 5, I have seen it steadily heading south. Leaders suck, culture is worse then ever and reps basically do anything we can to stay of the radar and collect a paycheck. That's BMS today.

Totally agree. These old timers don't have any network or skills outside of what they learned 20 years ago. They stay at a miserable job and blame their boss or the culture. They never do anything but complain, but are too terrified to find anything else.
