BMS C-suite confessions

Being a part of the C-suite has been challenging. All of our PSUs are underwater. AKA ZERO dollars. The MSUs are locked up. Many of us are secretly trying to jump ship to rescue ourselves financially. The future of BMS is doomed till 2030. While we say something positive to you, we are lying through are teeth. Look at the SVP & VP departures lately. Some are through restructuring. Others just wanted to get out to make themselves whole through other companies. Chris is WAY in over his head. Turned into a bit of a psycho by unleashing McKinsey dogs on numerous LT. This place is in dire circumstances.

Confirms what I have heard from a few VP level people across the org. This is the most toxic work environment I have been a part of in my career by a factor of 100, and I have seen many of them.

I am a recruiter (you might be surprised by how many of us frequent this forum) and can tell you we have received A LOT of resumes from senior BMS personnel throughout the last months soliciting interest from anyone that is hiring. It's company-wide.

The volume is on par with what we were seeing from Valeant and Endo folks back in 2015-2016.

What about the USCs and UABs?
