Anyone who denies the culture here is lying. It is real and you can try to hide it but we can see a hear you. And obviously the above poster was using a common expression about talk around the water cooler. You are just trying to deflect attention from the truth. bLM even at Quest!

No fool, you live in a fantasy world. The head of sales is black. Head of training? Black. Head of IT? Female. Head of Operations? Female. There is plenty of diversity to go around at QD. You are a pathetic fool trying to incite a riot because you are unimportant and uninteresting.
 












The original poster does have a point and making excuses while deflecting from it adds to the distrust. It doesn't matter who occupies what position. How are we treated as human beings? What is being said about us in private?

Eh ... We're certainly not at the level of racial equality (actually going back several decades) for the above statement NOT to fall in the False Equivalency bucket.

But, I believe, like the previous poster stated, that QD doesn’t have a problem with diversity – especially in their HQ. I’ve worked for both large labs and this is a problem with the other large lab – IMHO.

And the other poster is correct. Much diversity in QD’s Executive Team.

No disrespect to the original poster. Depending on the region, this could be an issue, and the OP could have a valid gripe.
