No doubt that we need more people of color in positions at intuitive and certainly in management roles. This is being handled, I can assure you.

Intuitive is the biggest scam in Med Device. I was there at the beginning when it was the new ‘sizzle’, but it’s all smoke and mirrors now with bogus indications, shitty managers, and it is true, hiring practices that mirror the patriarchy. Diversity hire all you want….be another good reason to place blame and discriminate even more when you fail miserably and drive this thing into the ground. Mark my words, it’s only a matter of time when ISI is finished.
