After my PI I was sent the Lilly transcript request and Lilly application which gave them permission for them to check my background from any sources by me signing the application. Is there another BK application that would be sent to me after the face to face that is different from the one I already received? Or would the next step be an offer/rejection?

What information does Lilly check on your background? Is it just credit report or more? What information do they have access to?

They do a full background check after the face to face if you move on. This is a complete check of behavior, schooling, past employment, employers, references...etc. you can get a copy after they get it!

There is another form you fill out after the f2f- it's basically your signature saying they can do the bg check. Hope that helps.
