BJ and Andy...how do you sleep at night? Pretending Covid isn’t impacting territories, pushing targets on your sales force when you’ve been told there is no access, and continue to create an environment of fear and intimidation tactics to try and drive business? Spreadsheets, spreadsheets, spreadsheets. Get out from behind your micromanaging computers and visit the field. Get a dose of reality. Until then watch as more and more people leave until you have zero sales people with Derm experience.

they do not care. And it does not help we have reps lying they are seeings 60 targets a week. BJ is probably the most insensitive person I’ve been around in my pharma career and has no idea how to be a leader. The managers also aren’t helpful by not saying anything

Is Aimee still in charge of marketing? It seems like the rep from the northeast who now is working for marketing is doing everything? Did I miss something?

Yes, still in charge.
But - the person who did all the work on Levulan resigned so look for TG to hit the panic button bc he needs someone to do the work now. Maybe he ‘recruits’ her back to Levulan ?
 


















Due to poor performance in medical derm BJ proposed that Black Friday be rescinded as a holiday and we host an all day round table to share best practices. Not really but this is what I imagine he wishes.

The single biggest thing that makes Biofrontera better than Sun is that they’re not Sun.

It’s as simple as that.

Dilip was only concerned about violating derms with Levulan price increases if they could hurt us on Ilumya. Well, guess what boys ? Ilumya sales have been less than half of revised-revised-revised forecasts. So, perhaps one of the contributory reasons is that derms got a chance to turn the screws to Sun for a change.
We’ve got nothing here vs. Biofrontera, and the sledding is gonna get a lot tougher.
