HR’s position Is apparently to protect employees who are revenue drivers or have info and are covering up things to keep them quiet because they know too much. They pick and choose who they listen to as far as what’s right and what is wrong. And even if it’s wrong, and they know it, they just turn the other cheek. After all that would absolutely wreck their business. It does start at the top, your Absolutely right. I hope the new guy realizes that and what he’s gotten himself into. He may want to reevaluate that department immediately, especially the management of HR. I’ve never seen something so corrupt.
And if there is, as I’m reading what others are saying, an open investigation on the company, I guess it’s only a matter of time before they are hopefully fully exposed.

This would have never happened when Ramon was running things. Say what you want about Bio company ethics but as a man, Ramon was respected, honest and fair.
