I would stay away unless you were out of work. I've just left the company and upper management is a joke. The turnover rate is around 80% a year, and some of the best reps are on a performance improvement plan.
 








Upper management has been and likely will continue to be incapable of putting a real plan together. CEO moving out this month but will take position on Board of Directors. Turnover is enormous and they are on their 3rd VP of sales in 3 years as well as 2nd head of marketing. Essentially, the CEO hasn't a clue commercially and keeps lopping off heads plus changes strategy (on paper only) as a way to appease Board. Amazingly the board hasn't nixed the CEO sooner considering his forecasts have been way out of line.

Good science....AWFUL strategy.
