Four guesses as to why Cardionet is changing it's name.
A. The CN name is associated with such poor service they have to distance themselves from past service?
B. When the DOJ comes down on CN it won't seem like BioTelemetry is part of the mess?
C. The CN name is worthless in the field and a name change is for the better?
D. Maybe the shareholders will think it's a new company and not notice?
Anymore answers?

E. The MCOT algorithm and reporting process is so flawed that once the flaws become public nobody will want to use it and insurers definitely won't cover it.

F. They should have used the name "ByeTelemetry" because they are no longer jamming the MCOT down the throat of every cardiologist.

G. They have run out of companies to acquire to hide the financial performance of the scanning center.

I wonder why nobody is talking about the IMEC relationship with CardioNet. I noticed a bump in the shared right before the announcement although nobody's been impressed ever since.
