Biotechs with science and good culture?

Work in R&D and looking to switch jobs and go to a company smaller than my mid-size company. While the market is frustrating, I'm also have trouble figuring out which biotechs' science actually has potential AND where the culture is also collegial. Really need to leave this toxic role. Any suggestions on where to start? Any folks love where they work and would recommend? Looking for discovery/platform type roles in companies with solid leadership and science but too new to the field to have a network for intel.
