So with the most recent corporate announcement:
…..Global Spine business will be separated into two businesses: BioStim and Spine Fixation. Operational businesses will now include: BioStim, Spine Fixation, Biologics,International Extremity Fixation, and U.S. Extremity Fixation.

So does this finally mean they have combined Physio and Spinal Stim under one umbrella and it will be under Global Spine?? Sounds like the Ortho division is just about done as the money sucking leach they have been draining the company.

One can only hope! And it sounds like they have finally figured out that ortho trauma fixation is only profitable outside of the US meaning they are positioning the US trauma fixation market to sell it or shut it down. If they shut it down they simply send the inventory to the international market.

Since I started there have been 3 CEO's, 4 Presidents of spine, and RSD's getting substituted out like my son's basketball games. I barely recognize anyone at the National Meetings these days.

Curious to know where they plan to add another RSD and reps. Will there be another Mid-Atlantic region? Splitting territories to add the reps?
