What's going on at Bioscrip these days? I hear the CHS acquisition has changed the culture of the company. Any feedback from the sales reps? I am interviewing for a position as a Regional Account Manager.
 








Bioscrip is a quality Company with the highest standards & ethics. They are a PBM=Pharmacy Benefit Manager. They help people without insurance.

Their FREE RX Discount Prescription card Program originated from the efforts of Bioscip 2008. They saw the imploding economy and foresaw the devastating impact it would have upon families across our country. They organized approximately 90% of both the Pharmaceutical companies and the Pharmacy companies in an effort to create a FREE discount drug card that helps all of those who are in need. The result of that humanitarian effort is their free card.

They are one of the few companies who really may be trusted!
 




TRUST?? My ass. This is definitely NOT a reputable or trustworthy company. Management is deplorable. They make promises they cannot keep and do not take care of the families they service.

Bioscrip is a churn and burn operation. Management doesn't know how to push back on the stockholders and often reacts kneejerk to the stock pricing. Reps are constantly coming and going. I've seen a rep get canned after only 5 months. The upper and middle management is terribly incompetent and paranoid. Not a great place to work. Bioscrip has recently eliminated 401 match and health insurance for 2011. Enjoy yourself here.
 




No strategic vison. Management reacts to whims and flavor of the day. Full of old OptionCare and Coram senior execs. There is a reason Walgreens and Apria didn't keep tham after acquiring the compoanies. rying to recreate OptionCare East. Too old a strategy and too late to market. Run away as fast as you can form them.
 




Management is awful. They send out a memo for travel expenses saying 51 cents a mile and a subsid called Deaconess/CHS says no you only get $0.38. The people who don't drive and can afford the higher prices are the ones getting $0.51. Human resources is a joke. The benefits suck and the management do not care about the people who are bringing in the money. The Bioscrip 1/2 is bleeding money because they are stupid. The CHS 1/2 is making money and management is going to beat CHS down to the point where they can not meet management demands. They don't get it. CHS management doesn't really care all that much because they made a truckload in the buyout. They don't really do anything constructive except burn up salary. Chs bleed Deaconess dry while they sought a buyer. They found one in Bioscrip. The idiots that put the deal together are gone. Maybe they are not idiots, because they are gone.

Stay away. There is nothing good happening here I can assure you.
 








Uh-oh someone's starting to lose her team! Pretty easy yell and scream at team of newly hired reps but using those tactics against a seasoned team that built this company just doesn't seem to work so well.

Is this Company still around? Hell, I thought they would be smart and sell off the business. They need to do something!! Stock prices are sinking, don't company match, have to practically pay for your own insurance. Management is nothing more than a group of talking heads who make idle promises.

Have some self-respect. If you are with Bioscrip, get out while you can. If you are considering this company, DON'T.

they are not smart enough to sell off. Or no one is dumb enough to buy. Probably the later. This company is the worst set of people I have ever worked for. They do NOT care about anyone. Except themselves. Yea yea I know it is like that everywhere. There is no sence of direction. They make it up as they go. May this company go down in flames. DO NOT work here unless it is a stepping stone to pay the bills.
 




I think the best comment up here is the comment about managment not know how or being willing to push back on investors. Because of that simple fact they are going to destroy whatever company there is.

Are we talking about TW? I've been yelled by her many times and I don't even work in sales. She is in severe need of some happy pills.
